DAVID ALEXANDER GIBSON

My name is David Alexander Gibson - welcome to my website for my company DAG Music.
Originally from Musselburgh and now based in Prestonpans, East Lothian, I have been playing piano since I was six years old and have been a professional pianist, church organist and Musical Director for the last 18 years.
I am currently the Organist and Choirmaster at Cockenzie Old Parish Church where along with playing every Sunday morning I regularly play at funeral and wedding services, as well as organising regular concerts and recitals.
I am Musical Director at Clark's Concert Party, a voluntary organisation who provide free singing, acting and dancing instruction to children, organising two annual productions in Loretto Theatre.
I am also currently the Musical Director at MAMA (Musselburgh Amateur Musical Association) having just successfully finished a run of their annual Revue show in January I am now working hard on their next production, Chess: The Musical, which will be in the Brunton Theatre this April.
I'm also the keyboard player in 'The Skababs' a Ska and Two Tone cover band.
I love all styles of music and have a huge repertoire of songs from all genres, from Classical and Sacred music, to Musical Theatre and Disney, to Rock, Swing, Jazz, Ska and more.
